About Timeless Spa Timeless Spa isn't your typical spa. We're part of an elite group of boutique spas nationwide that offer advanced, high-value skincare treatments in an upscale, appointment-only environment. With treatment plans starting at $1,500, our clients trust us to deliver noticeable results with exceptional care.
We're hiring a Part-Time Sales Supervisor or Sales Manager to help elevate the client journey at our Oklahoma City location. If you're passionate about sales, skincare, and luxury experiences this is your opportunity.
What You'll Be Doing
Sales Supervisor
- Lead private consultations and introduce clients to customized treatment paths
- Achieve daily sales goals of $3,500+ through strategic, relationship-based selling
- Use CRM systems to manage client details, follow-ups, and results
- Maintain a polished, high-service environment
Sales Manager
- Support and manage a small sales team focused on high-value client engagement
- Oversee consultation flow and treatment plan execution
- Coach team members in high-conversion conversations and client care
Compensation Structure
- Base Pay: Prorated from $2,500$3,000/month depending on hours
- Commission: 4%10% based on sales outcomes
- Clients are pre-booked no cold calling or walk-ins

- Sales experience in spa, luxury retail, wellness, or aesthetics
