What You'll Do

As an HCM Sales Consultant, you'll own the full sales cycle while partnering closely with decision-makers:

• Sell customized payroll and human capital management solutions
• Build relationships with payroll, HR, and executive-level leaders
• Conduct live demos of Dominion Payroll's innovative online platform
• Prepare pricing proposals and close new business
• Consistently meet or exceed sales goals

What You'll Earn & Receive

• Base Salary: $60,000-$75,000 (based on experience)
• Uncapped, high-earning commission plan

What We're Looking For

• 3+ years of proven success in HCM or Payroll sales
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience
• Strong presentation, communication, and listening skills
• Self-starter who thrives in a fast-paced, goal-driven environment
• Detail-oriented with strong follow-through
• Relationship-builder who leads with integrity and curiosity
• You are hungry to learn, humble enough to listen, and forming deep relationships is one of your greatest strengths

Dominion Payroll offers competitive pay and equitable compensation practices. Our job titles may span more than one career level. The targeted hiring base salary range for this role is between $60,000 and $75,000 which is paired with an uncapped commission structure. The actual base pay is dependent upon many factors, including but not limited to: prior work experience, training/education, transferable skills, business needs, and geographical location. The base pay range is subject to change and may be modified in the future. This role may also be eligible for variable pay, equity, and benefits.
