Job Description: As a Supply Technician, you will provide storage and distribution, cataloging or supply identification systems, property utilization, or other related supply activities including those associated with automated or manual supply accounting systems. Assist/perform the Property Book operations in the area of inventory and storage management, and equipment coordination. Analyze supply transactions or provide customer service for items requiring special handling.

Applicants should have: A good working knowledge of the US Army supply systems, programs, policies, nomenclature, work methods, manuals, or other established guidelines. An understanding of the needs of the organization serviced. Analytical ability to define or recognize the dimension of the problems involved, to collect the necessary data, to establish the facts, and to take or recommend action based upon application or interpretation of established guidelines.

Responsibilities: Performs customer support functions, those processes used to support the total requirement of customers to gain logistics support in both combat and peacetime situations. Receives materials, parts, components and major assemblies to support the Government program. Performs Materiel and inventory of equipment and parts. May perform other administrative tasks as determined by the Supply Supervisor. Works in a supply environment establishing accountability of unit equipment and supplies. Works within a framework of established supply regulations, policies, and procedures, or other governing supply management guidelines. Performs other duties as assigned.
