Mental Health Case Manager — Care & Community Liaison
Paycom
Paycom is looking for a candidate to provide supportive case management for consumers with long-term mental illness at Lakeside CSU in Bloomingdale, GA. The role requires participation in interdisciplinary teams to deliver effective treatment services. Qualifications include a Bachelor's degree and at least 2 years of relevant experience, with a focus on community resources and strong interpersonal skills.
