Your role will center around changing lives, extending our reach, deepening our impact, and building meaningful outcomes for those seeking help.The Position:We are seeking a part-time Bilingual Clinical Psychologist for our Palmdale site. This position is primarily responsible for conducting psychological testing/assessments to children and adolescents in assigned programs. This position is part of a multidisciplinary team including psychiatrists, case managers and other professionals working collaboratively to ensure comprehensive whole person care.What You'll Do:Conduct comprehensive psychological testing/assessments as assigned and provide feedback to multidisciplinary team to help guide treatment.Available to handle client crisis and symptom management.Meets expected performance billable hours as assigned by Supervisor.Complete all documentation according to Agency, HIPAA, and funder standards within required timelines.Participates in supervision, meetings and trainings related to position and services provided including evidence-based practice trainings, boosters, and consultations as assigned.Performs other duties as assigned within recognized scope of practice.Hours: Part-time (20 hours), at least one evening per week until 8:00pm requiredThis position is fully onsite.Starting Salary:Waivered Psychologist: $37.50Licensed Psychologist: $38.46 - $40.86Additional years of experience will be considered as wellAdditional differential available for bilingual Spanish-English proficiency (must pass Spanish Proficiency Assessment to qualify)Qualifications:Bilingual English and Spanish required.Must have experience conducting psychological testingRelevant experience in providing direct mental health services to children and adolescents, including work or internship experience.Proven ability to work effectively with highly traumatized children and families, managing high-risk situations and volatile family dynamics.Strong knowledge and experience in delivering culturally competent services, with a commitment to inclusivity and sensitivity.Demonstrates excellent collaboration skills, working professionally with a multidisciplinary treatment team, and ability to work independently while seeking supervision when needed.Strong organizational skills, dependability, and a proactive approach to work, with effective time management, flexibility, and punctuality in meeting deadlines, appointments, and meetings.Ph.D. or Psy.D. in Clinical Psychology.
