Description:
The Physical Therapist will provide comprehensive physical therapy services to patients.
The therapist will be responsible for performing evaluative and therapeutic procedures under the order of a physician or other accepted healthcare providers while observing precautions, indications, and contradictions.
They will evaluate and treat patients per department protocols.
The therapist will establish a therapeutic plan of care, including long and short-term goals.
The rehabilitation services are focused within a skilled nursing and long-term care setting.
The therapist will partner with patients and other healthcare providers to provide PT services with the goal of maximizing the patient's functional abilities and independence.
Candidates with licensure hits will not be considered.
The position requires the ability to work well in high-stress situations.
The candidate must possess the ability to speak, read, write, and understand written instructions in English.
