Bilingual Purchasing ClerkWe are currently seeking a detail-oriented and motivated Bilingual Purchasing Clerk to join a well-established pharmaceutical company located in Miramar, FL. This is a very attractive, full-time opportunity with a consistent Monday through Friday schedule and a professional, fast-paced work environment.Key Responsibilities:Process purchase orders and maintain accurate purchasing recordsCommunicate with suppliers to confirm order status, pricing, and delivery timelinesCoordinate with internal departments to fulfill supply needsEnsure inventory levels meet production demandsAssist in managing supplier relationships and resolving order discrepanciesSupport purchasing manager with daily administrative tasksMaintain compliance with industry regulations and company policiesRequirements:Fluent in both English and Spanish (written and verbal)1–2 years of purchasing, procurement, or related experience (pharmaceutical or manufacturing preferred)Strong attention to detail and organizational skillsProficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word)Excellent communication and negotiation skillsAbility to work independently and as part of a team
