Launch a dependable driving career within our expanding Southeast transport network. We actively invest in entry-level CDL-A graduates by providing a stable weekly income, dedicated on-the-road mentorship, and predictable bi-weekly home time. Our structured system ensures you gain practical highway experience while earning a steady paycheck from day one.
Financial Outlook and Training Pay:
- Fixed weekly compensation throughout the initial 4-to-6 week finishing course with your mentor.
- Established solo motorists generate an estimated weekly gross between 1250 and 1550 USD.
- High-achieving drivers exceed 1700 USD per week through performance-based safety incentives.
- Full hourly orientation and onboarding compensation provided from your start date.
Operational Logistics and Equipment:
- Regional dry van freight movements consisting primarily of drop-and-hook and no-touch loads.
- Balanced road scheduling ensuring 34 to 48 hours of rest at home every 14 days.
- Continuous freight lanes running throughout FL, GA, AL, SC, NC, and TN.
- Modern, well-maintained Kenworth and Freightliner tractors outfitted with functional APU units.
