Position Overview Sequoia Services is hiring a Skid Steer / Front-End Loader Operator & Construction Laborer to support active construction projects. This role combines equipment operation and hands‑on labor, making it ideal for candidates who are versatile, dependable, and team‑oriented. What You’ll Do Equipment Operation Operate skid steer, front‑end loader, and similar equipment safely and efficiently Perform material handling, loading/unloading, grading, and site cleanup Assist with excavation, backfilling, and fine grading tasks Conduct daily equipment inspections and report maintenance needs General Labor Duties Perform hands‑on construction tasks including shoveling, raking, hand grading, installing erosion control measures, and maintaining a clean, safe, and organized job site Safety & Teamwork Follow all OSHA standards and company safety policies Participate in daily safety meetings (toolbox talks) Work closely with supervisors and crew members to meet production goals What We’re Looking For 1–3+ years experience operating skid steer, loader, or similar equipment Experience in construction, site work, grading, or earthmoving preferred Ability to perform physical labor in outdoor conditions Strong work ethic and reliability Valid driver’s license required (CDL a plus) Physical Requirements Lift and carry 50+ lbs regularly Ability to stand, walk, climb, and work on uneven terrain Frequently enter and exit heavy equipment Why Work With Us Competitive pay based on experience Steady work on large‑scale construction projects Safety‑first culture and strong team environment Opportunities for growth and advancement Work Environment Active construction sites with exposure to heavy equipment, dust, and noise Outdoor work in varying weather conditions Apply Today If you’re a motivated operator or laborer looking to grow your career with a reputable construction company, we encourage you to apply. #J-18808-Ljbffr
