Operation SupervisorMindSource is looking for an Operation Supervisor for our client based in Dalton, GA. The Operation Supervisor is responsible for overseeing day-to-day operational activities to ensure efficient workflow, high-quality output, and compliance with safety and performance standards. The role includes monitoring processes, supervising staff, coordinating with other departments, and ensuring operational goals are met in line with company objectives.Key ResponsibilitiesOperational ManagementTeam LeadershipQuality & ComplianceSafety & HousekeepingCoordination & CommunicationProblem-Solving & ImprovementQualifications & Requirements• Bilingual: Korean and English • Experience in operations supervision, production, or manufacturing roles. • Strong understanding of operational processes (production, logistics, quality, or warehouse operations). • Good knowledge of SOPs, safety regulations, and quality standards. • Experience with ERP systems and production management tools. • Excellent leadership, communication, and problem-solving skills. • Ability to work in a fast-paced, high-pressure environment.Key Competencies• Leadership & team management • Operational planning & execution • Communication & coordination • Time management • Continuous improvement mindset • Strong analytical skillsWorking Conditions• Production/warehouse environment • May involve shift work or extended hours
