Essential Functions

Be responsible for mixing drinks to order and serving the guests

Performs other duties assigned

Expectations

Must have good customer service skills and the ability to develop and enhance guest loyalty

Must follow all Legends Global policies and procedures

Must be present for all major and minor events at the Arena

Education & Experience:

Ability to complete required pre-employment food and alcohol service training (TIP's, Servsafe certification)

Previous bartending experience preferred (at least 1 year)

Skills & Abilities:

Excellent guest service skills; ability to adhere to Service Standards of proper grooming and appearance

Basic math skills: ability to accurately count change and balance bank

Effective communication skills: ability to communicate with guests and receive orders

Ability to work effectively with others

Ability to work in fast-paced environment

Physical Requirements

Ability to stand and remain stationary for entire length of shift

Constant walking, bending, reaching and repetitive motions

Ability to perform normal lifting of stock, up to 50 pounds

Environmental Working Conditions:

May be exposed to variable temperatures, including extreme heat and cold, depending on season

May be required to work in confined and/or narrow spaces

Location:

Grand Rapids Complex (Van Andel Arena, Acrisure Amphitheater, Amway Stadium) in Grand Rapids, Michigan
