Seasonal Part Time Associate

M&M'S Mall of America is currently seeking Seasonal Part Time Associates! We are looking for immediate hires, who will work a 90 day period through early October 2026. There is the potential to extend into a permanent position after the seasonal role is over, based on business needs and job performance.

Job Overview

Our Seasonal Retail Associates will be trained in all areas of the sales floor and will be responsible for providing an exceptional experience for our Guests, whether in a character, character buddy, cashier, selling, or merchandising position. This customer-facing role requires positivity, product knowledge and determination to create an unforgettable customer experience. We welcome unique personalities, just as our M&M brand is rooted in our unique characters!

Job Requirements and Qualifications

• Must be excited to SMILE and work in a fun, fast-paced environment to make every interaction a positively unforgettable experience for our guests while driving daily sales and metrics.
• Must have authorization to work in the U.S.
• Must be 16 years old to apply.
• No education or previous retail experience required.
• Strong interpersonal skills with proven ability to communicate and share information with diverse groups of customers and peers.
• Resourceful self-starter, works well independently as well as part of a team, and able to adapt quickly to changing priorities.
• Foster inclusivity and effective collaboration with a diverse team.
• Ability to comply with all company policies and procedures, including safety, food handling, Quality, Loss Prevention and Emergency procedures.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule with retail hours, including days, evenings, weekends, and/or holidays.
