Financial Reporting Analyst

PsychPlus is seeking an experienced Financial Reporting Analyst to join our growing Finance team. This is a high-impact opportunity for a finance professional who enjoys transforming financial data into meaningful business insights while helping strengthen reporting accuracy, controls, and decision-making across a rapidly expanding healthcare organization. Working closely with the Vice President of Finance and partnering with the CFO , you'll play a key role in financial reporting, analysis, and process improvement across multiple entities, service lines, and states. What You’ll Do Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial statements Perform account reconciliations and variance analysis Support audits and ensure compliance with U.S. GAAP Assist with revenue recognition and technical accounting research Develop financial dashboards and reporting packages Improve financial controls and reporting processes Support ERP and financial system implementations Analyze financial performance across multiple entities and business lines What We’re Looking For Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Finance, or related field 5+ years of experience in public accounting, corporate accounting, or financial reporting Strong knowledge of U.S. GAAP and financial statement preparation Advanced Microsoft Excel skills Experience with account reconciliations, audit support, and variance analysis Exceptional analytical skills and attention to detail Preferred Qualifications CPA or MBA Healthcare, behavioral health, physician practice, or revenue cycle experience Multi-entity financial reporting experience Experience with Sage, Power BI, financial ERP systems, billing, or RCM platforms Why Join PsychPlus?
