Machine Operator

We are seeking an experienced Maintenance Technician to perform advanced troubleshooting, repair, and maintenance of industrial equipment and facility systems. This senior‑level role requires strong technical expertise, leadership skills, and the ability to support production operations. Key Responsibilities Troubleshoot and repair mechanical, electrical, hydraulic, pneumatic, and plumbing systems Diagnose and repair industrial equipment, including PLC‑controlled machinery Lead maintenance projects and emergency repairs Perform welding, fabrication, machine alignment, and precision inspections Train and mentor maintenance technicians Maintain maintenance records and support continuous improvement initiatives Ensure compliance with safety procedures and company standards Qualifications 10+ years of industrial maintenance experience Experience with PLC troubleshooting and programming Ability to read electrical schematics and troubleshoot industrial equipment Strong welding, fabrication, and machining skills Experience with CNC equipment, power distribution systems, and preventative maintenance programs Experience with CMMS systems preferred Valid driver's license and ability to drive a company vehicle as needed Skills Strong troubleshooting and problem‑solving abilities Excellent communication and teamwork skills Ability to lead projects and mentor others Commitment to safety, quality, and continuous improvement Location: Orrick, MO 64077 Pay Rate: $37-$40.00/hr Shift: 1st Shift #J-18808-Ljbffr Peak Hire
