THE WORKAs an Associate Manager within the Avionics Product Center, you will oversee a team of supervisors and hourly operators across multiple business units in Stratford, CT. Your role is pivotal in ensuring the assembly, testing, and control of in-process and finished goods meet company standards, government regulations, and contract requirements. You will:• Manage daily operations to ensure compliance and efficiency.• Assist in developing and managing budgets, staffing, and training programs.• Participate in management meetings to discuss business status and strategies.• Lead daily team meetings to communicate company objectives and business updates.• Ensure a safe working environment through regular Environmental, Health, and Safety audits.• Promote an ethics-based business culture and encourage employee involvement and innovation.WHO YOU AREYou are a manufacturing leader with a strong background in managing represented workforces and navigating complex compliance and ERP environments.
