The role

As a Junior Marketing & Sales Assistant, you’ll represent our partners’ campaigns, talking to customers face-to-face at events, pop-ups and retail locations across Chicago. The role is built around customer service, brand awareness and sales. You’ll be on your feet and meeting new people every day.

What you’ll do

• Represent marketing campaigns face-to-face at events, pop-ups and retail locations
• Start friendly, professional conversations with customers to build brand awareness
• Share product knowledge and answer customer questions with confidence
• Work with your team to keep your stand looking sharp and welcoming
• Track your own results and contribute to team targets and campaign success
• Build your sales, communication and public speaking skills through daily coaching

What we’re looking for

• Authorization to work in the US, and availability to work full-time on-site in Chicago
• A real people person who’s confident starting conversations with strangers
• Someone positive, resilient and coachable, who takes feedback and acts on it
• Someone who’s happy on their feet and enjoys a busy, varied day
• No experience needed. If you’ve worked in hospitality, retail or a call center, played team sport or volunteered, you already have the core skills for this role.
• Bonus if you have customer service, sales or marketing experience
