Donor Center Phlebotomist

Job Description We provide paid training – no prior medical experience required! Phlebotomy experience preferred. Key Responsibilities Take the time to personally connect with donors – listen to their stories and help them understand the impact of their donation. Collaborate with teammates to create a welcoming and friendly environment so volunteer donors feel comfortable returning. Be detail‑oriented to ensure collected blood meets regulatory requirements and is safely transfused. Schedule (St. Peters, Missouri) Variable hours: 4 shifts of 10 hours each Some weekends required Schedule may include early mornings, late nights, weekends, and holidays; it is provided 2–3 weeks in advance. Pay Information Starting rate $20.66 per hour; pay may increase with experience. Minimum Qualifications Associate’s degree or equivalent education and work experience. At least one year of customer‑service experience in a public setting. Valid driver’s license with a good driving record. Physical ability to lift, push, or pull heavy weights and to sit or stand for long periods; adapt to irregular hours and frequent schedule changes. Basic computer skills; proficiency with Microsoft Office applications. Preferred Qualifications Prior healthcare or phlebotomy experience (CNA, MA, EMT, etc.). Prior leadership experience.
