Coverage & Setting:

• Reason for Coverage: Scheduling need
• Level II Trauma
• Stroke-certified hospital
• Admissions required
• Assigned and unassigned patients
• Approximately 520 patients per shift

Clinical Scope & Procedures:

• Bread-and-butter Interventional Radiology procedures
• Biopsies
• Dialysis access
• Drain placement
• Peripheral vascular thrombectomy
• Venous thrombolysis
• Arterial thrombolysis
• Ability to read vascular ultrasound Highly Preferred

Call Requirements:

• Beeper call
• 20-minute call response time required

Support & Systems:

• EMR: Athena/Cerner

Requirements:

• Board Certified in Interventional Radiology Required
• Active Michigan license Required
• ACLS Required
• Fellowship Preferred
