About the Role:

Molly Maid of Newport News, VA is looking for a dependable and detail-oriented House Cleaner to join our growing team! Responsibilities:

Perform residential cleaning services including dusting, vacuuming, mopping, and sanitizing

Clean kitchens, bathrooms, bedrooms, and common areas to Molly Maid's quality standards

Follow a consistent cleaning checklist to ensure thorough and efficient service

Communicate professionally and courteously with clients in their homes

Work as part of a two-person cleaning team to complete assignments on schedule

Properly handle and use cleaning products and equipment in a safe manner

Report any damages, concerns, or client feedback to a supervisor

Requirements:

Prior housekeeping, janitorial, or residential cleaning experience preferred

Strong attention to detail and commitment to delivering quality results

Reliable, punctual, and able to maintain a consistent schedule

Valid driver's license and reliable transportation

Ability to perform physical tasks including bending, lifting, and standing for extended periods

Positive attitude and strong customer service skills

Must be able to pass a background check
