Physical Therapist

Key Responsibilities:

Assess and evaluate patients' physical abilities and limitations to create individualized treatment plans.
Apply evidence-based therapeutic techniques to enhance mobility, strength, and functional independence.
Educate patients and families on treatment options, home exercises, and lifestyle adjustments.
Work collaboratively with interdisciplinary teams to provide comprehensive care.
Maintain accurate documentation of patient progress and treatment outcomes.
Stay current with industry advancements and engage in ongoing professional development.

Qualifications:

Doctor of Physical Therapy (DPT) degree from an accredited institution.
Active Physical Therapist license in Wisconsin.
Strong clinical expertise with a dedication to patient-centered care.
Exceptional communication and interpersonal abilities.
Capacity to thrive in a fast-paced environment and work collaboratively within a team.
