Senior Veterinarian (DVM) Austin
$130k - $150kFull-time
Up to $150,000 Base Salary + 20% Production Bonus + Leadership/Manager Stipend A well-established, full-service small animal hospital in Austin, Texas is seeking an experienced Senior Veterinarian (DVM) to join and help lead a skilled, collaborative veterinary team. This is an excellent opportunity for a confident clinician who enjoys mentoring others, maintaining high clinical standards, and contributing to hospital growth, while continuing to practice high-quality medicine in a supportive, team-focused environment. Key Responsibilities
- Provide high-quality medical and surgical care for small animal patients
- Work within a full-service general practice that also offers daytime urgent care cases
- Mentor and support associate veterinarians and support staff
- Collaborate with leadership to maintain and improve clinical standards
- Contribute to team development and a positive workplace culture
- Help guide the ongoing growth and success of the hospital
- Established, busy small animal hospital with a strong local reputation
- Modern equipment and well-equipped surgical and diagnostic facilities
- Experienced veterinary technicians and strong support team
- Collaborative, team-oriented environment focused on quality patient care
- Full-time position (approximately 40 hours per week)
- Four weekdays per week
- Occasional rotational weekend coverage
- Hospital hours: MondaySaturday, 8:00 AM 6:00 PM
- Base salary up to $150,000 DOE
- 20% production bonus
- Leadership/manager stipend
