Systems Support Analyst

Ledgent Technology in Ontario, CA is seeking a Mandarin-speaking Systems Support Analyst to support and optimize business-critical applications that drive day-to-day operations. You will serve as a liaison between end users, IT teams, and developers to ensure system reliability and a seamless user experience. The ideal candidate has a Bachelor's in CS/IT (or equivalent), 3–5 years in application support, fluent Mandarin, strong troubleshooting, and experience with SQL, ERP/CRM/WMS, and ticketing #J-18808-Ljbffr
