This full-time role is primarily remote, with opportunities for both telehealth and face-to-face sessions in Tyler, Texas. As a member of our team, you'll enjoy the flexibility of remote work as well as the collaborative atmosphere of an outpatient office setting in Tyler. We are open seven days a week from 7 AM to 10 PM, allowing you to manage your schedule to accommodate your personal commitments while delivering care to clients. Our comprehensive support team assists with scheduling and client service, ensuring you can focus on what matters most—providing exceptional therapy.

Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct in-depth trauma-informed mental health assessments to evaluate patients' histories and develop effective treatment strategies.

  • Create and implement individualized treatment plans aimed at fostering trauma recovery, resilience, and emotional well-being.

  • Utilize evidence-based therapeutic interventions, including Eye Movement Desensitization and Reprocessing (EMDR) and Trauma-Focused Cognitive-Behavioral Therapy (TF-CBT), to facilitate healing.

  • Deliver engaging individual and group therapy sessions that empower clients to process trauma and build effective coping strategies.

  • Collaborate with psychiatrists and multidisciplinary professionals to devise an integrated approach to patient care.

  • Actively participate in crisis intervention and provide immediate support during trauma-related emergencies.

  • Educate clients and their families about understanding trauma responses, coping mechanisms, and available resources.

  • Maintain meticulous documentation in compliance with legal and ethical standards, ensuring the confidentiality of patient records.

Qualifications\n

  • Master's or doctoral degree in Mental Health Counseling from an accredited institution.

Compensation and Benefits\n

The compensation for this position ranges from USD 70,000 to 110,000 annually, commensurate with experience and qualifications. We offer guaranteed pay with annual increases, along with bonus opportunities. Additional benefits include paid orientation, monthly professional development, paid time off (PTO), and flexible scheduling.
