What You'll Do

• Provide comprehensive outpatient adult care, including diagnosis, treatment, and prevention of illnesses
• Conduct routine physical exams, health assessments, and patient education
• Order, interpret, and manage diagnostic tests (labs, imaging)
• Prescribe medications and develop treatment plans
• Collaborate with specialists and multidisciplinary teams for complex cases
• Supervise and mentor medical trainees and residents
• Maintain accurate documentation complying with HIPAA standards
• Participate in quality improvement initiatives and ongoing medical education
• Act as a primary care provider, managing preventive health, chronic disease, and wellness plans

What You Need

Required:

• MD or DO from an accredited U.S., Canadian, or approved medical school
• Completion of ACGME-accredited residency in Internal Medicine
• Active, unrestricted California medical license
• Current BLS certification issued by AHA or ARC

Preferred:

• Outpatient primary care experience
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent communication and patient management skills
