Pricing Analyst

What you will be doing: Develop and execute customer-specific pricing strategies to win new business,retaincustomers, and improve profitability. Prepare pricing proposals, Deal P&Ls, and commercial terms in alignment with governance guidelines. Analyze customer requests, pricing data, and business trends toidentifyopportunities for growth and efficiency. Collaborate cross-functionallywith Sales, Finance, and Operations to deliver effective pricing solutions. Ensureaccurateimplementation of pricing within systems and manage pricing workflows through completion. Support continuous improvement through analysis, feedback on tools, and process enhancements. What You Bring to the Table: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with attention to detail. Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment. Clear written and verbal communication skills. Collaborative approach with cross-functional teams. Eagerness to learn pricing strategy, tools, and systems. Accountability for accuracy, quality, and timeliness. Basic Qualifications: 2+ years of experience in analytical, financial, or business support roles. 3+ years Microsoft Excel including formulas and data analysis. Ability to analyze data sets andidentifytrends. Strong organizational and process adherence skills. Preferred Qualifications: Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Business, Economics, Analytics, or related field or equivalent experience. Experience supporting pricing, bids, or deal analysis in a B2B environment. Exposure to financial modeling including margin and P&L analysis. Familiarity with ERP, CRM, or pricing systems. Advanced Microsoft Excel or data visualization skills.
