Job Title Senior Litigation Paralegal (Civil) Location Phoenix, AZ Compensation (Contract) $38.46 – $43.26 / Hour Conversion $80,000 – $90,000 / Year + monthly bonus Benefits This position is eligible for medical, dental, vision, and 401(k). Qualifications 10+ years of experience supporting civil litigation matters Demonstrated background handling complex litigation cases Familiarity with Arizona Superior Court and U.S. District Court procedures Strong legal writing and document preparation skills Ability to communicate effectively with clients and legal teams Proficiency with Adobe Acrobat, Microsoft Office Suite, and Excel Collaborative mindset with the ability to work well in a team environment Job Description Addison Group is partnering with our client to hire an experienced Senior Litigation Paralegal to support a busy civil litigation practice. This role will focus on managing complex casework, preparing legal documentation, and supporting attorneys throughout all phases of litigation. The ideal candidate is detail-oriented, highly organized, and comfortable working in a fast‑paced legal environment. Industry Legal Work Schedule Monday – Friday, standard business hours. Flexibility for occasional remote work available upon permanent hire.
