This modern 10,200 sq. ft. emergency and specialty hospital is thoughtfully designed with advanced medical, surgical, and diagnostic capabilities to support exceptional patient care and team collaboration. We are seeking skilled, compassionate Emergency Veterinarians to help build and shape our growing 24/7 ER service, with the support of a highly collaborative, multi-site network. At our Midlothian location, we currently offer Urgent Care and Internal Medicine services and are actively expanding into a fully developed Emergency department. This growth is being driven by the voices and expertise of our team, creating a unique opportunity to influence protocols, culture, and clinical standards. You will collaborate closely with our Short Pump and Fredericksburg teams, ensuring seamless case transfers, strong mentorship, and shared specialty support.
