The patient population primarily speaks Chinese, and fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese is required to ensure seamless communication and high-quality patient care. Key ResponsibilitiesProvide high-quality nephrology care in an outpatient setting.Diagnose, treat, and manage conditions related to kidney function and overall renal health.Develop treatment plans tailored to each patient's needs and long-term health goals.Work closely with referring primary care providers and collaborate with a bilingual support team.Maintain accurate and timely documentation of patient encounters.RequirementsBoard Certified/Board Eligible in Nephrology.Active New York State medical license.Fluency in Mandarin or Cantonese (both preferred, but not required).Ability to work in a fast-paced, collaborative environment.Compensation and BenefitsSalary range: $235k+ (based on experience)Flexible scheduleCompetitive benefits packageWe look forward to hearing from you!
