Shift Type: Monday-Friday, Variable shifts (typically 8 patients/day Monday-Thursday, 6 on Friday)

Roles & Responsibilities

• Provide comprehensive physical therapy evaluations and treatments using manual techniques and therapeutic exercises
• Treat a variety of diagnoses including post-operative care, joint replacements, back pain, tendonitis, general deconditioning, balance, and vertigo
• Develop individualized rehabilitative programs combining hands-on techniques with patient education
• Supervise and collaborate with Physical Therapist Assistants (PTAs) as needed
• Maintain accurate patient records using CPSI EMR system
• Work flexibly across both outpatient and inpatient settings as needed

Qualifications

• At least 2 years of current Physical Therapy experience required (new grads not considered)
• Doctorate in Physical Therapy from an accredited program required
• Active New Hampshire Physical Therapy license or compact license required
• Current American Heart Association BLS certification required
• Previous travel experience strongly preferred
• CPSI EMR experience highly preferred
• Reliable transportation required (no public transport in the area)

Education

• Doctorate in Physical Therapy

Knowledge & Skills

• Expertise in manual therapy and therapeutic exercise
• Experience with orthopedic and neurological rehabilitation
• Proficiency in balance training and vestibular rehabilitation
• Strong patient evaluation and treatment planning skills
• Ability to supervise PTAs and work collaboratively
