Registered Nurse (RN) - ER

Registered Nurse – Emergency Department

Night, day, and weekend shifts available. Every other weekend required.

Patient ratio: 4:1. Orientation hours: 24 (non-billable). Compliance documents due the Tuesday prior to start.

Active RN licensure in GA or Compact.

Minimum 2 years RN experience.

Travel experience required.

Required certifications: ACLS, BLS, NIHSS, PALS.

Experience with Epic charting system preferred.

Key clinical skills: Ventilator care, central/arterial line management, IV vasopressor and sedation management, ABG and dysrhythmia interpretation, triage, and emergency department assessment.

Provide direct patient care to diverse populations including infants, pediatrics, adolescents, adults, and geriatrics.

Assess patient conditions, interpret data, and implement care plans.

Administer medications and treatments as prescribed.

Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to ensure comprehensive patient care.

Maintain a safe environment following isolation precautions and PPE protocols.

All requests for time off must be finalized at submission. RTO limits: max 7 days per contract. Major holiday work expectations detailed in the contract.
