Community Physician Network is seeking an Internal Medicine Physician to join our outpatient practice on East Stop 11 Road on the south side of Indianapolis, IN

* Outpatient only

* Shared call schedule

* EPIC EMR

* Full onsite lab services

* Large group of specialists based nearby on south side and at Community Hospital South

Licensure & Certifications

* Board Certified or Board Eligible in Internal Medicine

* Licensed in Indiana or eligible for medical licensure in Indiana

Desired Requirements

* Excellent communication skills fostering collaboration with all members of care team

* Develop and maintain relationships with referring physicians
