Responsibilities Set up and manage banquet events, ensuring proper arrangements based on event sheets. Work closely with sales, reservations, and housekeeping to ensure seamless event execution. Oversee event operations, addressing issues and ensuring guest satisfaction. Communicate client needs to internal teams and ensure timely follow-ups.
