Weekend Crew Production Associate

Job Description You independently operate and maintain at least one process, equipment, or system following autonomous maintenance (AM) standards and use your technical skills to improve line and/or system performance to meet business needs. With coaching, you will operate and maintain equipment to deliver on our safety, quality, cost, delivery, sustainability, and morale targets. You will execute all standard work processes on your equipment using AM and PM (progressive maintenance) standards, ensure safety processes are observed, and perform quality assurance activities. You will understand losses in your area and equipment and report them. Qualifications Operating machines with coaching Safety and quality standards for operating machines Reading and writing, and fluently conversant in the language of communication as appropriate to the site Collaborating well in a diverse work environment High School Diploma or equivalent (Required) Job Specific Requirements Manufacturing Experience: Experience in a high-speed industrial/manufacturing environment is required Availability/Flexibility: Must be able to work any shift, including daily and weekend overtime if necessary Physical Capability: Must be able to bend, carry, reach, climb, twist, and lift up to 50 pounds Must be able to operate different types of manufacturing equipment (e.g., transports, forklifts, etc.) Must be able to perform visual inspection and measuring techniques Must be able to complete quality and production required paperwork legibly, accurately, and timely Ability to perform various duties as necessary, often changing from one task to another in different environments Work Schedule Weekend shifts available with some required overtime Shift flexibility is required Salary & Benefits The hourly wage for this position is $23.10/hour. The position offers healthcare benefits, retirement benefits, and paid time off, in accordance with the Collective Bargaining Agreement. Some of these benefits have eligibility requirements.
