Seeking a part-time nanny/babysitter for my 3.5y.o. son with mild autism

Hello! We are looking for an energetic yet patient caregiver for our son. He is very active, fun, loves music, and being outdoors. He's not into arts and crafts or imaginative play. We are looking for someone who can keep up with him but also manage his autistic behaviors (needs things done in a certain sequence, or lined up a certain way, for example). He also has a speech delay, which he is in therapy for. We would be happy to work with you as you learn his unique strengths and challenges. We are looking for someone to start in June but the exact hours are still unknown (we're waiting for his summer therapy schedule to be finalized). We are also looking for someone who could stay with us long-term, even if only on an occasional basis.
