Key Responsibilities\n

  • Conduct individual therapy sessions with clients via secure video conferencing platforms to assess their needs, identify challenges, and deliver evidence-based treatment interventions.

  • Facilitate discussions with clients to explore their emotions, behaviors, and thought patterns, helping them gain insights that foster personal and relational growth.

  • Serve as a client advocate, guiding them in setting realistic goals and developing action plans that support their journey toward improved mental health.

  • Perform thorough assessments of clients' mental health conditions and develop comprehensive treatment plans utilizing a solution-focused approach based on your clinical expertise.

  • Maintain accurate and confidential client records in compliance with healthcare regulations and organizational policies.

  • Participate in regular supervision sessions and team meetings to discuss case management and therapeutic strategies, ensuring high-quality care.

Patient Population / Client Focus\n

Our target population includes adults experiencing low-acuity mental health issues. As a therapist, you will work with clients who are generally more stable and capable of engaging in meaningful therapeutic dialogue. Your role will involve working with individuals seeking support with depression, anxiety, relationship issues, and coping strategies, among other concerns. The goal is to empower these clients, helping them achieve sustainable mental wellness through active engagement and skilled therapeutic interventions.

Qualifications\n

  • A Master's degree in Social Work, Psychology, Marriage and Family Therapy, or Mental Health Counseling is required.
  • \n
  • Current and valid state licensure as an independent practitioner, specifically as one of the following: LMFT (Licensed Marriage and Family Therapist), LPCC (Licensed Professional Clinical Counselor), or LCSW (Licensed Clinical Social Worker).

  • Strong computer literacy skills, with a proficiency in telehealth platforms and documentation software.
  • \n
  • Excellent communication and active listening skills, with a capacity to build rapport and trust with clients.
  • \n
  • Ability to perform professional evaluations and make informed decisions regarding treatment planning and implementation.

Preferred Experience\n

  • Experience providing therapy in a remote or telehealth setting is highly preferred.
  • \n
  • Familiarity with evidence-based therapeutic modalities such as Cognitive Behavioral Therapy (CBT), Mindfulness-Based Therapy, or Solution-Focused Brief Therapy.

  • Experience working with diverse populations and an understanding of cultural humility in therapy practice.

Compensation and Benefits\n

This role offers a competitive salary range of $115,000 to $130,000 annually, commensurate with experience and hours worked. In addition to a competitive salary, we provide a comprehensive benefits package that includes:
