Job Description
Title: RRT - Respiratory Therapy

Schedule:
- 12-hour Night shift
- Weekends as needed
- Schedule flexibility is a must

Assignment Details:
- Contract Length: 16 weeks
- Guaranteed Hours: Not specified

Requirements:
- Must be a Registered Respiratory Therapist (RRT); CRT will not be accepted
- AHA BLS, AHA ACLS, AHA PALS certifications required
- Minimum of 1 year of experience required
- Prior travel experience preferred
- Teaching hospital experience required
- Epic experience within the past 2 years is required
- All specialties worked must be well documented on each individual employment entry
- Explanation required for employment gaps over 90 days

Roles & Responsibilities:
- Provide high-quality respiratory care to adult and pediatric patients
- Perform comprehensive assessments and develop patient care plans
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to optimize patient outcomes
- Educate patients and their families on respiratory care protocols and procedures
- Monitor patient progress and adjust treatment plans as necessary

Compliance / Notes:
- Background checks and drug screens may be required
- Reliable transportation is necessary; public transportation is not accessible in the area
- No block schedules for any reason
- Bi-weekly orientations on Mondays
