About the Role We’re seeking a detail‑oriented and proactive Operations Associate to support our real estate and mortgage operations. This role plays a key part in ensuring smooth, efficient, and compliant transaction processes—from documentation to closing—while maintaining strong communication with clients and partners. Location: Cupertino, CA 95014 Company: Axis Homes Realty LLC Key Responsibilities Coordinate with loan officers, real estate agents, title companies, and clients to ensure smooth and timely transactions Maintain and organize documentation for underwriting, closing, and funding processes Utilize transaction management platforms to track progress, update records, and ensure data accuracy Assist in developing and implementing operational procedures to improve workflow efficiency and client satisfaction Ensure compliance with company policies, industry regulations, and legal requirements Provide administrative support to the operations and management teams as needed Qualifications Minimum 1 year of experience in mortgage, real estate, or related operations Strong understanding of real estate transaction and documentation processes Excellent organizational skills and high attention to detail Strong communication and interpersonal abilities Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines in a fast‑paced environment Proficiency in transaction management or CRM systems (experience with mortgage software is a plus) Join Us!
