Business Operations Manager

Moore Home Services, a leading residential HVAC and plumbing contractor in Northern California, is seeking a Business Operations Manager to oversee day-to-day operations and drive efficiency across field and office teams. In this role, you will manage scheduling, dispatch, KPIs, and budgets while supporting a customer-first, safety-focused culture. You’ll refine processes, implement SOPs, coordinate with service and customer care teams, and support hiring and training. This position offers stable growth, ongoing training, and the chance to strengthen both operational and leadership skills.
