Facilities Operations Specialist 2As a Facilities Operations Specialist 2, this individual supports a corporate campus consisting of multiple leased office buildings, engineering labs, and warehouse spaces. Responsibilities may include, but are not limited to:Execution of space management strategy, occupancy planning, metrics reporting, office moves, and hybrid desk reservation systemCoordination for tenant building and critical systems maintenanceAdministrative support to facility improvement or repair projectsCoordination with maintenance vendors and on-site food/refreshments & catering servicesEngages with Executive Leadership to support corporate initiatives and special eventsCoordinates internal facility communications and serves as liaison to landlordCollaborates with Security, Information Technology, Quality, Safety, and Engineering teams to maintain compliance with standards and support auditsSupports vendor contract management and facilities budget executionProvides research on industry trends and identifies improvements to enhance user experience or operational efficiencyRequired Education: Bachelor's degree from an accredited college or universityRequired Years of Experience: Minimum of 2 years of related work experienceBasic Qualifications:Strong communication and organizational skillsBudgeting / Microsoft Office tools experienceTeaming and collaboration skillsScheduling and administration experiencePreferred Qualifications:Space Management, Property Management, Building Maintenance, or Facilities Engineering backgroundFamiliarity with BAS, HVAC, or Backup Power SystemsFamiliarity with CAD / Space Occupancy Planning ToolsVendor management experienceSchedule flexibility - Emergency Response Team MemberProject management experienceSalary Range (for ULA - Denver only): $61,629.00 - $102,715.00What makes ULA different?
