Job Description

Our client, a leader in manufacturing and industrial services, is seeking a US-La Grange-Operator I to join their team. As a US-La Grange-Operator I, you will be part of the production department supporting manufacturing operations. The ideal candidate will demonstrate strong attention to detail, resilience, and a proactive attitude, which will align successfully in the organization.

Job Title: US-La Grange-Operator I

Location: La Grange, NC

Pay Range:

Shift: 2nd Shift (3:00pm - 11:30pm)

What's the Job?

Set up and operate machines to produce quality parts based on specifications
Study blueprints, sketches, drawings, and sample parts to determine dimensions and tolerances
Start, observe, and troubleshoot machine operations as needed
Complete changeovers and material feedthroughs
Perform heavy lifting of up to 35 lbs and conduct first piece inspections

What's Needed?

Must be legally authorized to work in the US without sponsorship
High school diploma or GED required
Previous manufacturing experience preferred
Ability to perform heavy lifting and operate gauges and calipers
Willingness to work overtime and weekends as required
