Hours will generally fall between 8am5pm Monday through Friday , averaging around 2030 hours per week . Some days may be longer or shorter depending on discussions.

No nights. No weekends. No cold calling.

What this job actually is:

Homeowners contact us because theyre already interested in improving their home insulation. Your job is to answer calls and messages, have real conversations, determine whether were a good fit for their project, and help schedule appointments with our estimators.

You do not need insulation experience. Well train you on everything we do.

What matters most is being dependable, organized, and genuinely good with people.

Day-to-day responsibilities:

• Answering inbound calls and web leads from homeowners
• Scheduling in-home estimates
• Following up with leads who havent booked yet
• Updating customer information in our CRM system
• Helping coordinate scheduling communication between customers and our field team
