Senior Creative Strategist

Owning the creative strategy and performance across a portfolio of high-priority client accounts, the full-time Senior Creative Strategist will lead omnichannel creative initiatives, collaborate with cross-functional teams, and conduct performance analysis to drive impactful marketing strategies. Key responsibilities Lead omnichannel creative strategy, including planning, execution, and performance analysis of creative assets Design and oversee creative testing roadmaps aligned with client goals and funnel stages Conduct deep-dive creative performance analysis to identify winning themes and inform broader strategies Required qualifications 3-5 years of experience in performance creative strategy or related digital marketing discipline Strong portfolio demonstrating performance-focused creative strategy across CPG, DTC, and/or eCommerce brands Advanced analytical skills with the ability to translate data into strategic insights Hands-on experience with creative analytics tools, preferably Motion Strong understanding of Meta and/or TikTok advertising ecosystems
