Position Bankruptcy Attorney – Associate Location: White and Williams LLP, New York, NY. Responsibilities Handle financial restructuring and insolvency transactions and litigation matters, including chapter 11 bankruptcies. Represent secured creditors in commercial foreclosures and Article 9 sales. Qualifications 3–5 years of experience in bankruptcy and creditor's rights. Admission to the New York bar (required). Additional admission to the New Jersey and/or Pennsylvania bar strongly preferred. Compensation Salary: $140,000 – $165,000 per year. Annual bonus/commission: None.
