Senior Legal Counsel - Derivatives & Trading Compliance

IMC is seeking a seasoned attorney to serve as Legal Counsel to support all business lines including trading in equity options, equities, ETFs, futures.

You will advise on prime brokerage, ISDA Master Agreements, securities lending, regulatory reporting, and risk-mitigating contracts across US and London markets. The role calls for 8+ years of experience, a JD, and active bar membership, with a collaborative, high-performance culture.
