Pay Details:

• A Shift:  6:30 AM – 6:30 PM M,T,W every other week M,T,W,TH    $20.00/hour
• B Shift:  6:30 PM – 6:30 AM M,T,W every other week M,T,W,TH    $22.50/hour
• C Shift: 6:30 AM – 6:30 PM TH,F,S,S every other week F,S,S        $22.50/hour
• D Shift: 6:30 PM – 6:30AM TH,F,S,S every other week F,S,S         $23.00/hour

Job Summary

• The Manufacturing Specialist will support day-to-day manufacturing operations by monitoring production processes, troubleshooting manufacturing issues, improving process efficiency, and ensuring products are manufactured safely and according to quality standards. The role will work closely with Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Operations, Maintenance, and Supply Chain teams to improve productivity, yield, and overall manufacturing performance.

Key Responsibilities

• Support and monitor manufacturing and production processes to ensure efficient and consistent operations.
• Identify, investigate, and resolve production, quality, and process-related issues.
• Analyze manufacturing data to identify trends, process variations, and opportunities for improvement.
• Support continuous improvement initiatives focused on productivity, quality, cost reduction, and cycle-time improvement.
• Work with Manufacturing Engineers and Production teams to implement process improvements and corrective actions.
• Develop and maintain standard operating procedures (SOPs), work instructions, and process documentation.
• Monitor production metrics such as yield, throughput, downtime, scrap, and cycle time.
• Assist with root-cause analysis (RCA) and corrective/preventive actions.
• Ensure manufacturing processes comply with quality, safety, and environmental requirements.
• Support implementation and validation of new processes, equipment, tooling, and production changes.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to address manufacturing constraints and production issues.
• Provide training and technical support to production personnel when required.
• Maintain accurate manufacturing records and prepare reports on process and production performance.
• Participate in Lean Manufacturing, Six Sigma, Kaizen, 5S, and other continuous improvement activities.
