Emergency Room Nurse

Role Overview: The Emergency Room Nurse delivers high-quality, patient-centered care in a fast-paced environment, collaborating with medical teams to assess, perform, teach, and manage patient needs. Key Responsibilities Assess and manage patient pain, perform procedures, and document care accurately. Respond promptly to patient requests, anticipating needs and resolving issues proactively. Educate patients, families, and caregivers about medical conditions, treatments, medications, and lifestyle changes to promote self-management. Provide compassionate, individualized care aligned with standards and department protocols. Qualifications & Skills Minimum of 1+ years ER experience. Required certifications include BLS, ACLS, PALS, and TNCC (or equivalent), with specific certifications obtained within designated timeframes. Current RN license and associate degree or higher.
