About the Position

Job Title: Nuclear Medicine Technologist Profession: Radiology / Cardiology Specialty: Nuclear Medicine Tech Duration: 13 weeks Shift: Day Hours per Shift: 8 hours (06:00 - 14:30) Experience: Minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in specialty applying for License: Must have a permanent Ohio license Certifications: Required certifications must be active with nothing pending Must-Have: - PET experience is preferred - Two references from a manager, ANM, supervisor, or director in the specialty applying for are required Description: This position is for day shift from 6 a.m. to 2:30 p.m. There is no call, but the candidate may need to stay over for add-ons. Candidates must have a minimum of 18 months of permanent experience in the specialty applying for. All required certifications must be active and free from pending issues. References must be from assignments worked in the past 12 months and cannot be coworker references. Candidates will undergo ECG rhythm recognition tests and safeMedicate during orientation. An acceptable score on both assessments is required to continue employment. The candidate will receive two attempts to pass; otherwise, their position will be canceled. It is essential that candidates are nicotine-free if applicable and meet all other compliance standards. Background checks will be reviewed by the facility, and any open cases will lead to disqualification. Recent hires must complete annual competencies as required by the facility policies. All modules are billable up to four hours and vary by specialty, and candidates must complete them annually.
