Parts Advisor

Bertera Chrysler is seeking a motivated and experienced Parts Advisor to join our team. As a Parts Advisor, you will be responsible for assisting customers with their automotive parts needs, providing excellent customer service, and ensuring efficient and accurate parts ordering and inventory management. Responsibilities Assist customers and Technicians in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their vehicles Provide exceptional customer service, building and maintaining strong relationships with customers and Dealership Staff. Utilize specialized software to look up and order parts, as well as manage inventory Maintain accurate records of parts sales and inventory levels Collaborate with service technicians and other team members to ensure timely and accurate fulfillment of parts orders Keep up-to-date on new products and developments in the automotive parts industry Qualifications 2+ years of experience as a Parts Advisor in an automotive dealership or parts department Strong knowledge of automotive parts and accessories Excellent communication and interpersonal skills Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and juggle multiple tasks effectively Proficiency with computers and software systems used for automotive parts management Valid driver's license Benefits We offer a comprehensive benefits package, including health insurance, paid time off, and opportunities for advancement within our organization.
