Job Description: Must Have Technical/Functional Skills

• 10–16 years overall IT experience; 5–7+ years in security architecture and IAM/IGA/PAM
• Strong enterprise security architecture experience, Zero Trust, security-by-design in hybrid/multi-cloud environments
• Deep expertise in IAM: authentication, authorization, federation, lifecycle management, privileged access
• Understanding of non-human identities (service accounts, API keys, bots, AI agents)
• Experience defining IGA and PAM patterns for human and non-human identities
• Knowledge of AI security challenges and identity-first models for AI agents
• Familiarity with governance models for AI agents, least privilege, ownership, and auditability
• Experience collaborating with risk, compliance, audit, and security leadership in regulated environments

Responsibilities

• Define enterprise IAM and security architecture across cloud platforms, applications, SOC tooling, AI platforms, and automation workflows
• Establish identity and access strategy for human and non-human identities
• Architect IAM for AI-driven workflows, AI agents, and agentic systems
• Define security guardrails for AI systems, identity controls, access boundaries, and governance
• Enable AI-driven security capabilities (AI for Security) for detection, monitoring, identity risk analysis, and SOC workflows
• Define governance models for non-human identities including lifecycle management, least-privilege access, and continuous review
• Produce architecture artifacts: diagrams, standards, and roadmap recommendations
• Provide architectural guidance and design review for cloud security, IAM modernization, AI platforms, and automation

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree in Computer Science, Information Security, or related field

Good to Have

• Certifications such as CISSP, CCSP, or equivalent
• Experience with regulatory frameworks such as NIST, ISO 27001, SOC 2
• Familiarity with AI security standards and emerging MCP frameworks
