Job Title: Soccer Coach

Just4Kicks Soccer School has been introducing children to the beautiful game since 2003. For over 23 years, we have helped thousands of young players develop confidence, coordination, creativity, and a lifelong love of soccer.

Our philosophy is simple:

Led by an AFA/ATFA professionally licensed coach through the Argentine Football Association (ATFA/AFA), our curriculum focuses on small-sided games and player development rather than win-at-all-costs coaching.

We're looking for an enthusiastic, dependable coach to lead soccer sessions for children ages 2.5-12 in our growing Pinole and Benicia programs.

This position is ideal for:

• Former or current soccer players
• College students or recent graduates
• Physical Education or Kinesiology majors
• Future teachers or coaches
• Individuals who enjoy working with children and making a positive impact

Previous coaching experience is helpful but not required. We provide training in our player development methodology.

Responsibilities:

• Lead engaging soccer sessions for players ages 4–12
• Create a fun, positive, and energetic learning environment
• Teach fundamental movement, coordination, and soccer skills
• Encourage teamwork, confidence, and sportsmanship
• Set up and break down equipment
• Communicate professionally with parents and staff
• Represent Just4Kicks with enthusiasm and professionalism

Qualifications:

• Experience playing soccer (competitive experience preferred)
• Positive attitude and high energy
• Reliable transportation
• Comfortable working with young children
• Strong communication skills
• Ability to work outdoors
• Weekend availability
• Pass a background check
